Short fiction!
I have realized, after reading this month's Apex magazine, that short fiction lends itself really well to the fact that I have very little time to read books right now. Please provide me your favorite sources of short fiction (speculative fiction preferred)?

Recent online ones I've enjoyed (I don't read much short fiction, but I liked these):

- there appear to be more short stories there, but I can't vouch for them

I'm a big fan of truepenny 's short stories, and I think she recently posted links to all of the ones that are available online!

I used to subscribe to "Science Fiction & Fantasy" magazine and quite liked it, though the content and mood of the mag changes over time as new editors come on. The covers are a little cheesy but there is some damn fine writing in there.

Also, my friend just starting editing the horror mag that FictionMagazines.com puts out, and I think it's gonna be rad.
